Brokenhearted...

I haven't been able to be on the computer since hope died yesterday.

The Colts lost to Pittsburg - AGAIN - in the playoffs.

Well, maybe it wasn't the Colts. I think they were there for a little while in the 4th quarter, but not for much else of the game.

And the final indignity - we lose our shot at OT because Mike Vanderjagt, the MOST ACCURATE KICKER IN THE HISTORY OF THE NFL (and I should know, I heard the commentators enough yesterday) - MISSED. 46 yard kick, I think...not even his longest ever. He missed. In his career, he's NEVER missed a kick at home. But he did yesterday.

Ghods, the rest of the season was great, and I'm not sure I'd trade it, really - but why can't we make it through the playoffs? I don't know what went wrong, but if anyone says "choke" to me today, I'm liable to hurt someone. I MEAN IT. But I'd be angry because maybe they're right? I don't know anymore.

I'm not jumping off the bandwagon; I was a fan in the 0-13 season, & I'll stay a fan, but I *am* wearing black today.
