I found out about this over on

filkertom's LJ, but deemed it worthy of it's own post over here.

There is a site called Tasting Menu.com which seems really cool in and of itself as a journal of a professional (?) food critic. However, they also have 2 DOWLOADABLE cookbooks, including full color pics & a menu of recipes (8) as .pdf cookbooks. All they want is your name & email address. That's it. I highly advise checking it out.
