Child - out of control?

I found this link off a message board this morning, and I watched it first with humor, and then with astonishment.

9 year old argues with his mother on an Xbox Live.
WARNING!!! NOT WORKSAFE DUE TO LANGUAGE!!!!

In case you don't catch it, apparently when you play this particular game (or maybe when you play Xbox Live, I don't know) you wear a headset, and your game character LIP-SYNCHS whatever you say. The kid is NOT the player who's view you see this through, the kid is the one you see through the scope. You can watch the character "speak" this kid's tantrum.

Anyway, if this were MY kid, there wouldn't BE an Xbox anymore; however, it's just as obvious from the language of the kid & the behavior of the parent that this kid gets away with this crap all the time.

dandelion_diva, I know you feel bad about what you've had to do with Sammy today - but rest assured, by what you do today, you take a firm step toward assuring she will NEVER turn into this demanding, foul-mouthed BRAT. It probably won't make you feel any better, but it's important to know.

Holy crap. If one of my kids had ever behaved like that...there would have been a lot less arguing before the beatings began.

I'm REALLY let down..I was awaiting seeing the character *BLIP* out of existence, as mom pulled the plug.

The person filming is zooming in because in Rainbow Six 3, the character's mouth moves when you speak into your headset.

I saw this video awhile ago and showed it to Morgan, then said: This would be the quickest way to get me to kill you.

I'd have pitched the xbox out the freaking window, beat his ass, then grounded him for life. LIFE.
