This is just kind of a general post with an interesting link, a couple-three memes, and a thought I have for a survey/experiment.

(I'm not sure how I came up with this if I answered that I only drink diet, but ok...)

Survey/Experiment Idea:

This dovetails in very nicely from the last meme. I want to do a blind taste test. But I want to test a REALLY broad spectrum: diet cola.

I want to take Diet Coke, Diet Pepsi, Diet Rite, Coca-Cola Zero, Diet Coke w/Splenda, and Pepsi One (also maybe some "store brands")...and see what the taste differences are. I also want to see if I can identify them by taste. ;) I figure one of these days, I can gather up some cash & hit the local convenience store, buying 20 oz bottles of all of them, and then see from there. I'd have to have help, of course, so I wouldn't know which was which, but I think this would put the old "Pepsi Challenge" to shame. Anyone up for trying it with me? ;)
